Bio:

I grew up loving drag racing thanks to my dad who used to race Stock & Super Stock in the 60s & early 70s. When I turned 18, I had my first opportunity to go racing in my 1970 Chevelle 4 speed at E-town. I actually was runner up in street eliminator that day, and my best RT was a .505!

I attended Doug Foley's Drag racing school and earned my competition license on September 11, 2001 at Atco Raceway. I also attended Jim Harrington's school 2 times (2004 & 2006), and Frank Hawley's school in the fall of 2007.

I've been racing this 1948 Fiat Topolino since the fall of 2006. It has an alcohol injected, 706 cubic inch "Chevy" and a powerglide. The chassis is a Brad Hadman Alcohol Funny Car. The car was purchased by my friend and former race partner Mike Gillespie. We raced with NETO all through 2006, and finished 8th in points. Mike was battling cancer the entire time, and racing with our friends in NETO made his fight easier and his life more enjoyable. Mike lost his battle with cancer in July 2007, and we are continuing to race as MPG Racing in Mike's honor. I would not have been able to race this car without Mike's help. We're having a great time racing with our friends in NETO, and it would be hard to find a better group of people to race with!!
